I've been doing a little research on phobias - I won't say for what or whom because I don't want to give anything away. There are some really bizarre ones listed in my medical dictionary. I have a problem with heights, but that's nothing compared to some of these. Who ever heard of being afraid of flutes? (It's called aulophobia and it's also defined as the fear of wind instruments.) That's just a little off center, isn't it?

I'm determined that today is going to be a productive day. Maybe tomorrow's post will have that title we've all been waiting for.

Read a book. Even Maya Angelou says it's good for you.
